snapshot rendering improvements

please allow HQ snapshots to be automatically named by corresponding camera's name. Also, if user aborts a snapshot called xxx, the next snapshot name should remain xxx, not xxx_2. It would be very helpful if Vantage, after the rendering is finished, would open the destination folder.
