Ignore Hidden Cameras in vrscene Export

By default, when exporting a Max file to Vrscene, all the scene cameras are included and are visible as thumbnails in Vantage. It would be helpful to be able to ignore hidden, particularly when you have multiple layers of cameras, either for different areas, or as different formats etc.
